In 2011 a distinguished panel of both lawyers and judges spoke about the virtual absence of women litigators appearing in commercial cases, especially in lead roles. At this follow-up program, another distinguished panel of both lawyers and judges will explore solutions to this problem. The response to the 2011 program proved that there is a will to address this issue. The focus now becomes finding a way to solve this issue.
