Topics will include continuing a business after the death of a shareholder/member of an entity, removing restrictions from Letters to sell parcels of real property and/or compromising wrongful death, personal injury, and VCF proceedings; derivative claims, handing over the reins from a final guardianship account, and handling the validity of a prenuptual agreement or questioning spousal right.
